Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nail Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upscale nail spa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a team of nail technicians, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of nail spa operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of nail technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our clientele.
• Implement and manage marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer preferences and ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the nail industry and implement new services and techniques to keep our spa competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a nail spa or salon.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
